Clear guidelines on refunds and cancellations for your RentRides bookings

100% Refund for Cancellations (24+ Hours Before Booking Start) 🚀

  • Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a 100% refund of the rental amount.

No Refund Once the Booking Starts 🚫

  • Once the rental period begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including early returns.

No Refund for Unused Days 📆

  • If you return the vehicle before your rental period ends, you will not receive a refund for the unused days.

No Refund for Unused Fuel ⛽

  • Any extra fuel left in the vehicle at the time of return will not be reimbursed.

General Refund Terms ⚖️

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Rentrides reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of policy violations, vehicle misuse, damages, or non-compliance with rental terms.
  • Any dispute on refunds will be handled as per our terms & conditions and may require additional verification.
